Our solution uses sensors throughout the home to learn patterns about when and where heating, cooling, and even fresh air is needed to make sure you're comfortable. Our central hub uses all of this data along with your input from our app to proactively make adjustments to the space so that it aligns with your preferences by opening and closing our smart vents and controlling our smart thermostat.

Job Description/Why We’re Hiring

At HiberSense we believe in having dedicated time and resources to working with customers for the best experience possible. A Customer Success Manager is the lynchpin of a successful company.

Specifics of the Position

  • Track customer experience at all levels.
  • Support the customer through any issues to provide the best customer experience.
  • Create quick reports to share observations and suggestions.
  • Become the liaison between customers and engineers.
  • Bring to light new features and issues found by customers.
  • Assist in the management of production to support the sales plan and customer experience.

Personal Experience and Characteristics

  • Understand the technical and business aspects at a high level.
  • Self-starter who has a bias for action and is driven to succeed.
  • Organized and efficient communicator.
  • Moves easily between leader and team member depending on situational needs.
  • Very comfortable in a fast-moving, flexible, “startup” environment.
  • Motivated to change the way things are done and have an impact.
  • Treat your job as a craft and continually hone your skills.
  • Bonus if you have previous experience working in a startup.
  • Huge bonus if you have previous experience with HVAC or Smart Home.

Expectations

  • Able to work in the U.S.

Compensation will be a mixture of salary, commission, and equity in the company.
